MODEL THREE RAIL CONVERSIONS 3
This is a Playcraft chassis. Missing the crank arm it was cheap and looks ideal for a basic tram, even if the wheels are a bit large and the wheel base a bit short.
With a nice long wheel base fitting a spring collector was straight forward. also the heavy construction means no contact problems. Although sounding a bit rough this bogies runs prety well on its own.
This is the same trolley chassis from collection 1. The collectors have been domed to reduce interference and shorting.
The reduced interference is clearly seen in this picture.
